OUR TRADES

Project Leadership

At each job location, you’ll find a Site Supervisor, a Project Manager, and a Construction Manager on-site. These professionals work together to oversee the tradespeople, manage materials, and guide the project, ensuring tasks stay on schedule and the right individuals are informed as challenges arise.

Expert Plumbing Crew

Ridgeway employs a skilled team of 8 Master Plumbers and 25 Journeymen, all dedicated to handling a wide range of plumbing tasks. Each member of our plumbing crew is Uponor Certified and holds valid licenses for the cities where they operate. Specific certifications can be provided upon request.

Finishing Specialists

Our Finishing Team is headed by our lead contractor and project manager, and includes skilled professionals such as drywall installers, painters, and experts in moulding and trim work.
